WHERE WE BLOOM RETREAT
BREATHWORK, YOGA & SOUND IN NATURE
30 April - 3 May 2026 ✺ Haus Erlengrund, Brandenburg
When was the last time you had space to just... be? 🌿
Not the version of you that's always on. Not the you that's checking boxes, managing energy, pushing through. But the you underneath all that…the one who knows how to rest, how to feel, how to just be.
This retreat is your way back.
Just an hour from Berlin, we meet in a hidden forest sanctuary by a crystal-clear private lake. Beautiful wooden cabins. A wood-fired sauna. A stream you can hear from your bed. The kind of place where something in you finally exhales.
Over 4 days, we use breath as our primary tool to come home to your body. You'll learn techniques that release what you've been carrying, ground what feels scattered, and help you feel again. Alongside extended yoga flows, deep meditation, workshops and sound baths that moves through you.
These aren't practices you experience once and forget: you'll leave with tools you can actually use in every day life. Ways to regulate your nervous system when life gets loud again. Ways to find your ground when everything feels too fast.
Spring teaches us how to emerge slowly. We watch what nature does: buds opening, green returning, life waking up without rushing. And we ask: what in me is ready to unfold too?
There's fire and silence. Lake swims and long meals. Community that holds you. And a calming forest that does half the work.
I've been bringing people to this place for the 3rd time now. It's my personal sanctuary - where I come to remember myself. And every time, I watch people transform in just a few days.
This is where we ground. This is WHERE WE BLOOM.
4 days, 3 nights. An extended spring weekend in the countryside.
Early Bird pricing ends February 28th.
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS HERE:
This is a space for deep rest and real learning. The practices we explore here are designed to stay with YOU, supporting how you move, breathe, and care for yourself long after the retreat ends.
BREATHWORK — The foundation of everything. Conscious Connected Breathwork to release what you've been holding. Somatic techniques and Pranayama to ground, regulate, and energize. You'll leave with practical tools for when life gets loud, fast, or overwhelming.
YOGA — A way back into your body. Dynamic Vinyasa flows to feel your strength. Restorative practices that teach you how to truly rest. Hatha sequences that build presence. Guided meditations that help you drop beneath the noise. Just being in your body, without apologizing for it.
SOUND & RITUAL — Accessing what words can't reach. Gong baths and immersive soundscapes that move through you. Cacao rituals that gently open the heart. Coming back home.
NATURE — Our quiet co-facilitator. Forest bathing. Sauna rituals. Cold lake swims. Fire gatherings under stars. Nature shows you how to slow down, shed, and emerge in your own time.
COMMUNITY — Held, honest connection. Shared meals that turn into real conversations. Space to be witnessed. This isn't surface-level connection: it's the kind where people feel seen and supported to be exactly where they are.
You'll also have the option to book 1:1 massage treatments during free time: deep, intuitive bodywork to help you soften and integrate even more.

Here’s what past participants shared with us…
“I would recommend this retreat as it was really a rare opportunity to slow down and take a step back. You can totally reconnect with yourself. The people made it very special and created a real space to heal. The activities were great and you leave with a lot of learnings and a rare sense of being on a cloud :)”
— Saskia B. (Inner Bloom Spring Retreat, Haus Erlengrund - 2025)
“Somehow I ended up at the most perfect retreat. With the most wonderful, warm people — we grew closer in five days than some do in five years. We saw the most fragile parts and held space for each other.
The place, the people, the food, the nature - everything was breathtakingly beautiful. Grateful for the experience I will come back to many many times. The most amazing and thoughtful @habibaelisa”
— Diana V. (Remembrance Retreat, Pelion Greece - 2025)
“This retreat is not just a yoga retreat, it's a movement therapy retreat. Habiba combines different practices to really find your way back home your essence. Landing back IN your body, with a heart wide open. Yoga and meditation in the morning and any other kind of (movement) workshop in the afternoon is the perfect blend Defintely recommend.”
— Sam E. (Remembrance Retreat, Pelion Greece - 2025)
“It was a beautifully curated journey, full of thoughtful details and meaningful experiences. I especially loved the moment where we created our own essential oils — that was magical. I also really enjoyed the inner landscape painting session (even though the rain cut it short - but it was perfect in its own way).
Walking through the forest, the rituals, the ceremonies - they were all so nourishing. I appreciated how Habiba and Sebastian remained open to spontaneous additions like ecstatic dancing, which was incredibly liberating.”
— Yesim A. (Inner Bloom Spring Retreat, Haus Erlengrund - 2025)
