There is a place where fairies live... just an hour from Berlin. You arrive in a Brandenburg jungle next to our private crystal-clear lake. You arrive in nature. A place where the forest kisses the lake. A place to reTREAT.

To meet yourself. To awaken with the season. Watch nature unfold from winter's slumber: little plants emerging, buds opening, life returning in full force. Listen to the whisper of the wind and the stream. This is how luxury feels for us. An encounter with the wild in its purest form. A retreat that feels like being part of a small community with little huts where you can find comfort and solitude in the middle of a peaceful scenery filled with the sounds of nature.

This retreat is an invitation to embody the essence of spring. To learn from nature's wisdom - renewal, expansion, the courage to emerge and grow. Just as nature bursts forth with new life, we too can allow what's been dormant within us to unfold. We flow, we breathe, we listen, we dance, we feel, we swim, we reconnect.

There's a jungle waiting for us in the middle of Märkische Schweiz in Brandenburg and I can't wait to show you my little happy place. This place is my personal sanctuary to rest. To find silence. To ground myself and now I will take you with me for the 3rd time.

Everything we share at our WHERE WE BLOOM Retreat is designed to gently guide you back into presence, into your body, into yourself. We move through practices that balance activity with stillness, community with solitude, and ritual with rest.

Just an hour from Berlin lies Haus Erlengrund — an oasis where the forest kisses the lake. Hidden in the Märkische Schweiz, it feels like stepping into another world: golden trees, a crystal-clear lake, evenings by the fire, mornings with birdsong.

The moment you arrive, your nervous system exhales. Time slows down here — each corner invites you to soften, to connect, to return to yourself. This land was shaped with love by a small community, and you can feel it in every detail.

What awaits you at Erlengrund:

    His dedication to holistic wellness is evident in his commitment to creating each session based on the individual needs and desires of his clients.

    In Sebastian's hands, massage becomes a symphony of healing modalities, blending the soothing rhythms of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, the therapeutic stretches of Thai massage and the structural integrity of osteopathic principles. His approach is not bound by a rigid framework, but rather guided by intuition and a deep connection with his clients. Together they create a bespoke experience that nurtures both body and mind.

Anne brings passion and expertise to our kitchen, crafting meals that nourish body and soul. Her lifelong fascination with holistic health and plant-based nutrition stems from a deep desire to understand and support the body’s unique language.

With a background in international business and sustainability, Anne expanded her knowledge through certifications in naturopathy, macrobiotics, acupuncture, and Chinese herbal medicine. She is currently training in osteopathy while practicing as a holistic health practitioner near Berlin.

Anne’s dishes reflect her belief in the power of food as medicine, combining her diverse expertise with a dedication to healing and well-being.

Some journeys ask for a little 1:1 care. During midday rest hours, you can book a personal treatment to soften even deeper — without missing any group practices.

Deep Massage Rituals
A flowing fusion of Lomi Lomi, Ayurvedic touch, and osteopathic-inspired techniques
Long, rhythmic strokes and focused fascia work invite the body to unwind, release stored tension, and reset the nervous system. Expect warm oils, slow presence, and a feeling of being held from head to toe.

How it works

  • Treatments are optional add-ons and paid separately.

  • Limited slots each day; sessions are scheduled between 11:00–16:00 so you won’t miss group practices.

  • Simply indicate your wishes in the application form. We’ll schedule everything ahead of time so you can relax once you’re here.

  • Not at all. This retreat is for all levels. Each practice offers modifications so you can move at your own pace — whether you’re just beginning, returning after a break, or already experienced. What matters is your presence, not your performance.

  • We keep it intimate: 14 guests + 2 facilitators + our private cook.
    A small circle of 16 humans — perfect for both connection and personal space.

  • To secure your spot, we ask for full payment upon booking. This keeps things simple and guarantees your place right away. There are payment plans available upon request :)

    Please note: Payments are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for your peace of mind.

  • Haus Erlengrund is just over an hour from Berlin.

    • By train: Take the S-Bahn from Ostkreuz to Müncheberg (approx. 45 min). From there, we’ll organize a collective shuttle to the retreat.

    • By car: Around 1h 15min from Berlin Central Station.

    We recommend public transport or carpooling with other participants. A WhatsApp group will be created before the retreat so you can easily coordinate rides.
