Haus Erlengrund is one of my dearest places, a hidden sanctuary in the Brandenburg forest beside a crystal-clear lake. In autumn, nature shows us the way. The trees turn golden, the forest breathes out, everything leans into rest, and the whole landscape invites you to slow down. It feels like stepping into a fairyland — and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Over four days and three nights, we will guide you through practices that gently carry you into deep rest: yoga, breathwork, meditation, ritual, and sound. Each day builds on the last, creating a rhythm that helps you drop out of the busyness of your mind and back into your body, into presence, into yourself.

And when we’re not on the mat, we’ll gather around the fire, share nourishing meals, sweat in the sauna, and rest by the water. The forest, the lake, the food — everything becomes part of the practice of slowing down.

Everything we share at our DEEP REST Retreat is designed to gently guide you back into presence, into your body, into yourself. We move through practices that balance activity with stillness, community with solitude, and ritual with rest.

The moment you arrive, your nervous system exhales. Time slows down here — each corner invites you to soften, to connect, to return to yourself. This land was shaped with love by a small community, and you can feel it in every detail.

    Habiba is the host and curator of this retreat, holding an experience where every detail — from the practices to the setting — supports deep rest and reconnection. As a multidisciplinary teacher and artist, she weaves together breath, yoga, meditation, and sound into transformative journeys that calm the nervous system and bring you back home to yourself.

    With over 800+ hours of training across Hatha Yoga, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Hridaya Meditation, Non-Dual-Tantra and Sound Healing. Habiba’s teachings are both grounded in tradition and alive with creativity. She is certified through international schools in Australia, Mexico, and the UK, and since 2023 has been guiding yoga and breathwork for the Nike Well Collective in Berlin.

Food is an essential part of our retreat journey — not just fuel, but a way to ground, connect, and care for ourselves. Each meal is designed to be nourishing, wholesome, and deeply satisfying — a balance of lightness and comfort to support both practice and rest.

Our retreat kitchen is guided by Chef Anne, who brings a unique blend of passion, expertise, and heart to every dish. With a background in holistic health, naturopathy, and vegetarian nutrition, Anne crafts meals that are as healing as they are delicious. Drawing from her training in macrobiotics, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and osteopathy, she infuses each plate with a deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms.

✨ Expect colorful, seasonal dishes prepared with love — long-table brunches, cozy afternoon soups, and nourishing dinners that invite connection and joy.

Anne’s philosophy is simple: food is medicine, and mealtime is a ritual of care.

Some journeys ask for a little 1:1 care. During midday rest hours, you can book a personal treatment to soften even deeper — without missing any group practices.

Deep Massage Rituals
A flowing fusion of Lomi Lomi, Ayurvedic touch, and osteopathic-inspired techniques
Long, rhythmic strokes and focused fascia work invite the body to unwind, release stored tension, and reset the nervous system. Expect warm oils, slow presence, and a feeling of being held from head to toe.

  • Treatments are optional add-ons and paid separately.

  • Limited slots each day; sessions are scheduled between 11:00–16:00 so you won’t miss group practices.

  • Simply indicate your wishes in the application form. We’ll schedule everything ahead of time so you can relax once you’re here.

  • Not at all. This retreat is for all levels. Each practice offers modifications so you can move at your own pace — whether you’re just beginning, returning after a break, or already experienced. What matters is your presence, not your performance.

  • We keep it intimate: 14 guests + 2 facilitators + our private cook.
    A small circle of 16 humans — perfect for both connection and personal space.

  • To secure your spot, we ask for full payment upon booking. This keeps things simple and guarantees your place right away.

    Please note: due to the short booking window and limited spaces, payments are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for your peace of mind.

  • Haus Erlengrund is just over an hour from Berlin.

    • By train: Take the S-Bahn from Ostkreuz to Müncheberg (approx. 45 min). From there, we’ll organize a collective shuttle to the retreat.

    • By car: Around 1h 15min from Berlin Central Station.

    We recommend public transport or carpooling with other participants. A WhatsApp group will be created before the retreat so you can easily coordinate rides.
