SHA-LA is a space for holistic wellness in Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg, Berlin. More than a yoga studio—SHA-LA is a place to connect through yoga, sound baths, breath work, pilates, and more. Their goal is to support embodied well-being by creating a space where movement and mindfulness come together.
